Designed to meet the workforce demands of our regions fast-growing industries, JA Inspire is an interactive, highly engaging career expo for middle and high students in Collier and Lee Counties. Following a curriculum taught in classrooms, students attend the JA Inspire career expo to have meaningful conversations with real Southwest Florida employers and learn what it takes to earn credentials, gain real-world work experience, and ultimately become employed.

We are looking for companies and individuals who care about the future leaders in our community, who are willing to sponsor this program and/or become exhibitors at the career expo.

NEW for 2025! INSPIRE to HIRE! In addition to inspiring 8th and 10th grade students about future careers, Southwest Florida participating employers will have the opportunity to speak with 11th and 12th grade students to inform them of internships, apprenticeships, and job opportunities within their organizations.
