Vicki Tracy Joins Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida's Board of Directors

FORT MYERS, Fla. – November 4, 2025 – Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida is pleased to welcome Vicki Tracy to the organization’s Board of Directors. In addition to serving on the Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida Board, Tracy will also lead the Business Hall of Fame Committee as Chair, sharing her skills and expertise.

Tracy serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Gulf Coast International Properties®. Her experience in southwest Florida has included leadership roles with organizations where she played a significant role in major company startups, strategic acquisitions, and landmark developments throughout Collier County. She has been recognized for her passion for philanthropy and civic contributions, earning numerous awards, including Woman of the Year, Women of Distinction, and Women Who Make a Difference, among others.

In addition to her role with the Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida, Tracy serves as Co-Chair of the STARability Capital Campaign and as Chair of the Collier County Industrial Development Authority. She is also a member of the Executive Board of the Naples Area Chamber of Commerce, the Board of Drug Free Collier, and many other community advisory councils.
