Pre-Apprenticeship Campaign

Southwest Florida's workforce is changing. Employers need skilled workers. Students need meaningful career pathways.

At Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida, we help bridge that gap through our Pre-Apprenticeship Program. Students gain hands-on experience, industry-recognized credentials, and direct connections to employers who are hiring within in-demand industries.

This summer, our community is coming together with one goal: to raise $250,000 to prepare the next class of students for careers that strengthen Southwest Florida.

Thanks to the generosity of the Fischer Family Foundation, the first $25,000 donated will be matched dollar-for-dollar. That means every investment in the next generation of skilled workers goes twice as far.
